I love margaritas!! When I was living in CO, it just never occurred to me that I would ever live in a place without ‘good’ margaritas. Europe – especially England – has some interesting concepts of margaritas.
I dutifully collect pictures and experiences… as any good potato would.
My introduction to margarita’s in the UK the “Mexican Martini” – literally tasted like tequila with a splash of lime.
Shoryu Ramen – a ramen place in London of all places – had had one of my favorite margaritas yet.
Recently we went to Lupita Mexican Restaurant, jalapeno margarita for the win. Almost as good as my old Colorado margs.
This one was fun – but 16 francs – in Geneva, Switzerland. Tamarind Margarita, fun but not really a margarita.
My margarita in Tenerife, Canary Islands was lovely but very fruity and sweet.
